Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am daily. Serious disturbances occurring during quiet hours should be brought to the attention of Washoe County Dispatch at 775-785-9276. Please report any repeat offenses to

Short term rentals of less than 30 days are not permitted at White Pine Estates under both our 2000 and 2020 Rules and Regulations. Violators will be issued a cease and desist from the HOA attorney and may be assessed a fine.
Be sure you have your surrounding neighbors contact information in case of an emergency or an issue with their unit. It helps all homeowners and renters if we are more well connected. Owners and tenants should know our current Rules and Regulations and follow them.
All personal items such as bicycles, tools, sporting or other equipment must be stored inside the unit and not restrict the use of the garage for parking of vehicles. Firewood must be stored inside the units. No outdoor storage allowed.
From October 15 to April 15, thermostats must be set at a minimum of 58 degrees, especially if a unit is unoccupied. When possible, units unoccupied for 30+ days should drain water lines to avoid
freezing pipes in case of a furnace failure. Decks need to be regularly cleared of snow and ice by owners to ensure safety in case of emergency and to protect the decking structures.
If you are to replace your windows, doors, garage doors or need to paint due to construction you will need the proper paint approved by the HOA.
